This place is a scam.
Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

I ordered for door dash TWO hours before they closed, never got my food cause they never made it, they never contacted my driver or anything so I waited TWO hours got nothing and couldn’t order anything that night cause of the horrible service. Quite simply will never grab food from this place again just cause of how much of a inconvenience it caused me tonight.Parking: So bad I think this place is a horrible experience

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Food was ready on time and tasted fine, but an overall unimpressive experience. Was not true Nashville Style, just tasted like buffalo sauce, no "sweet heat" here. Carryout bag was also lacking utensils and napkins, we had to make due with what was in our car. Will not be a repeat customer.

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.
Let me start you off with this review. The food was awesome! The breading on the chicken could use some seasoning, and the waffle fry portion could be a little bigger. But the chicken was cooked nicely, the sauces were fantastic, and the waffle fries were great! Would order again!

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts ?
