Delicious food truck food. Chicken pad thai was flavorful and saucy. With a touch of red pepper flakes, it was perfect. I usually don't have much expectation for food truck. But this one did not disappoint. If I see this food truck while out driving. I will most likely get it, even if I am not hungry. Highly recommend.

I ordered sesame chicken and got something totally different. When I asked the waitress she said it was sesame chicken but they forgot the sesame seeds so she took my plate back to the kitchen and threw some sesame seeds on it.

The owner of the truck stuck to his word and offered me a free entree to make up for my previous review regarding my nut allergy. It really goes a long way when you aim to please your customers. I will be returning to the food truck when they come back to my job. The pad Thai was delicious!
Ying's Thai Food came to visit my job at Corporate Woods. I looked at their website and saw that they had Thai fried rice. I was very excited to try it! Once I got in line they did not offer the Thai fried rice. They had pineapple fried rice instead. I asked if I could get the Thai fried rice but he said no because they prepped everything beforehand, which is understandable. However, every single entrée they offered had some kind of nut in it. I have a nut allergy. So I was very disappointed that they could not offer an entrée without nuts. I am certain that I am not the only person with a nut allergy. I stood in line for over 30 mins to not be able to actually enjoy my lunch break and eat a full meal. The egg rolls were just okay.

I've tried every entree on their menu and love the food. They rotate their menu offerings so if you don't like me sometimes and go two days in a row then you get to try something different.I live by Zona Rosa and have traveled to Peculiar, Missouri and back several days for the Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice. This is not your run of the mill Thai food, simply the best I've had so far in life.What I love most is that is consistently good. The food isn't greasy. I can tell the ingredients are quality, only real spices here! However, the prices are reasonable. One would expect premium prices for such premium food.Ying and team are so friendly every time I find them. Have a special request, ask and they will happily accommodate you. From my first visit to my last of the season, they have always been warm and welcoming. It's truly a Kansas City gem.If you haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favor and locate them and check them out! Your tastebuds will thank you for it!
