We frequent take out from here.And EVERY SINGLE TIME we’ve gotten an order from here, something has been missing or wrong. Whether it be a sauce cup, or a completely messed up order. It’s always something.My most recent visit (3/27/24) I picked up our order via curbside, the lady who brought it out told me straight to my face “the ranch is in the box with the fries”. Got home, no ranch.That right there shows me that no one is actually taking the time to make sure an order is correct before leaving the kitchen.That’s unacceptable QC, and management needs to step up and eradicate this issue immediately. Food: The food is totally awesome. Their rollies are a unique experience. The basic one is like a rolled pizza with marinara (my first one), but they have creative variations such as a philly cheesesteak that I tried today with great results. The picture is about half of them since I already ate some. My friend loves their dunkers -- chicken tenders on steroids.Service: The waitress was friendly, but you had to get her attention instead of her checking if you needed a drink refill. Atmosphere: We ate in on a cold day last week. It was very uncomfortable since they don't have a double door. Every time someone opened the door it was like a blast from Alaska. Today I did take out to avoid that issue. When I go back, I will go on a mild temperature day or get take out.Note: They did not have the items I ate on the "Dishes to recommend"Parking: Lots of free parking available, plus dedicated parking for take-out customers.

Cheese Bread & Traditional Wings were both very good. The hand tossed pizza was okay, we were hoping for a slightly thicker crust..its more of a foldable NY style. Like Marco's Pizza but better flavor. Definitely will be back to try some other things.
The burgers are huge! You dont need fries when they ask. Im a big guy and only took down a third of my meal. Fried pickles were good as our appetizer. They are served with house made ranch too! Server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely go back.

Food is absolutely fantastic, with a great selection and an awesome amount of accommodation for gluten-free! If you have a specific food allergy, otherwise you might have issues,Servers really need to fix how they act, along with listening the first time. I understand if it's busy, but when all the girls run to the back and have to be told by different staff to constantly run their food. No smiles, no information from staff when first walking in.I ask for an ingredient to be left out, and i take a bite full of exactly what i didn't want.I ask once i get it, i ask twice, im upset, three times is completely bull

Way too much salt!! I love the fact that it's local and want them to do fantastic, but all of their food is way too salty for my liking. The service is relatively good and the servers are always friendly. I do like their takeout service. I just wish they would back up on the salt. Even the salads are too salty if they have chicken on them.
