Food is great when they have it. Frequently out of stock on product. The hours on the door don't mean a thing to them, as the lobby is frequently locked during business hours. Hard to do business with a business you can't access during it's hours.

I stopped by for a roast beef sandwich and discovered their new menu! I ordered the mozzarella sticks, the Angus beef sandwich, and the children chicken sandwich with curly fries. I didnt forget the famous aujoir. All of the food was fresh, hot, and tasty!Also, I ordered a peach lemonade and child size strawberry lemonade. The drinks were delicious ?Keon was our cashier he and the staff had such positive as well as professional attitudes.My only concern was if the cups came in a bigger size...yes, I wanted more?Kid-friendliness: They had a nice selection for them. The prices are reasonable.
My husband and I were in Jefferson City for a Doctor's appointment. We went through the drive thru, ordered Chicken Bacon Swiss meal and classic Chicken sandwich meal, both with curly fries and large drink. I made a point of asking for extra ketup as my husband uses a lot of ketup with his fries. We get our drinks and bag of food and head on down the hwy to Hwy 54. My husband starts taking our food out of the bag, absolutely no ketup or napkins. His chicken bacon sandwich was barely warm, the cheese was not melted at all. My chicken sandwich was like warm, I didn't finish the sandwich. I was going to call Arby's and let them know how fouled up our meal was, that's when I realized I wasn't given a receipt. I love Arby's, normally. This meal was a HUGE let down.

Signs all say they are open till 12am, but they had the dining room closed (all chairs up, etc) at 8pm. When we went in anyway (doors open) they started by saying they were out of curly fries. Bummer for my daughter but not a game changer. So when we didn’t decide to leave they added to the list - now out of lettuce and tomato and Coke Zero. Fine. We started ordering and she then said “Wait! We are out of roast beef!” So we get the picture - they want us to leave. We do, and while in the parking lot decided where to go instead at 8pm, they keep serving the drive through as if they aren’t out of almost everything. I doubt they were out of their whole menu and could still serve the drive through. Clearly whoever is managing at night isn’t interested in serving customers or doing business in the owner’s behalf.

HORRIBLE! Pulled in the drive thru and they say there's no roast beef , it's cooking at itll be 45min-1hr but everything else they have. OK that's fine.We ordered a burger with curly fries and cheese sticks with ranch and a chocolate shake. She said, I'm sorry I lied we also don't have shakes...so we order a soda. She repeats the order...yep its right.We get our food and start to pull off, look in the bag and no cheese sticks so we park and go inside. The lady says your here for the cheese sticks aren't you. I said yes and she said they were switching drawers and I wasn't charged for them. I don't want to wait so I turn to leave and my husband is walking in because the burger is not correct.I go wait in the car, he comes out with cheese sticks and another burger. The cheese sticks were not cooked, they were warmed up...the burger was the same incorrect burger we were given in the first place so we just threw it away.They were not busy so I don't understand why nothing was correct but I now understand why they weren't busy.
