I recently visited for dinner and was impressed by their diverse menu and cozy atmosphere. I tried their signature whiskey burger, and it was delicious! We were seated in a booth and the sun was glaring in our faces. We had hoped to watch the games while eating. When the waiter finally came to our table I asked if we could be moved. He was unhelpful. He said "we don't have window shades". Well, I didn't ask for a window shade. I asked for better seating. He said "You can go speak to the hostess"? Wth?Anyway, I ordered the honey infused baked salmon which looked great in the menu picture but was just a plain baked salmon with a container of diluted sweet and sour sauce on the side.Needless to say, I won't be returning. I could've gone to a drive thru and gotten better food and service for a fraction of the cost.

I waited an extremely long time to place my order. When my shrimp tacos came, they looked quite good. I was ready to get into them. Then I noticed a small insect on the food. I thought it was maybe a fruit fly and expected to fly away, but whatever it was, was a crawling insect, and it went deeper into the food!

Popped in for a quick bite before a meeting. We are from out of town so picked BW from online. Very pleased we did. Food was super. Service was super. Joe, our wonderful server, even talked us into joining the app. Got my meal, an appetizer free. Very attentive. Only negative was figuring out where the entrance was. We wound up going in through the patio. Will definitely recommend this place to our local friends.

We waited an hr for our food. When it came my son's loaded fries were actually black beyond burnt. My house chips were burnt and my quesadilla was dry and nasty. Couldn't even eat it. My daughter's burrito was 95% filled with Spanish rice. The shrimp tacos were not as good as the past. We finally got our onion rings 5 min before we left. Even the table in front of us was complaining about the long wait and the food was awful. They need all new help in the kitchen. Almost 150.00 for awful food. Will not be back.
