Great food friendly service with a smile and clean. Passed by later then usual and they were out in the lobby cleaning up for the night. Just don't let them fool you the place is lit up for cleaning as they should but their not open. This is how a restaurant should be, thanks for for having a great place to eat.

Went to go to Burger King tonight. Looked like they were open because they still had all the lights on. Think that if they are closed at least shut off the outside lights so people can tell they are closed

Drive thru was quick and the order taker was friendly and helpful in selecting what I would like off the menu, cause I have a hard time seeing them things. Not to mention the food was mmmmmmm delicious! The burger wasn't sloppy and the fries were hot and salted just right, I definitely will be back and I'm bringing friends!!

This place is a joke the GM is a liar. I wanted to order a hamburger and the workers told me it would be a 10 min wait so they wouldn't let order through drive through but I could order from the app if I wanted to down load it but there would only be a like one hamburger option. They said that they didn't want the customers to wait. What customers this place is so dead it hard to tell if there even open. It gave the creeps it felt like this was a fake burger king store front that was just selling drugs through drive through. This place needs to be shut down. Here is there very busy store that didn't have time for me to order from the menu.

My wife and I went to pick up a mobile order that was to be done at 453 pm Friday, 08/12/2022. When we arrived we were told that they did not have an order for us. We left and I call the so called manage, he said that our order was not ready. We went to pick up and I asked what happened and he informed me and my wife not to F- - - - - - come back. This is very unprofessional and poor display of someone that is supposed to be a so called manager. Do not go to this place unless you want to be cussed out. They should not employee people as this.

Literally awful. They had 3 total workers and they totally ignored us. We sat there for 45 mins for one burger and even after that they didn't give us our food. They just sat there on their phones refusing to work. Will not go again.

The employee at the window was VERY kind and cheerful. He said he was the only person there for 2 hours that day. My sandwich unfortunately included some paper? I was grossed out and unable to eat it after that.

Poor Service, Horrible Customer Service. Ordered a breakfast biscuit with Egg and cheese only. It was microwaved so ouch that the cheese turned into something that resembled plastic. To top it all off, the Manager stated they could not refund my money! Basically they gave me a product I could not eat and stole my money! Will not be eating here again. Buyer beware the manager told me it was their policy that they can not give refunds. Unbelievable

Wanted some Cheese Tots today thet served them cooked in OLD GREASE tasted burnt returned them and was told we don’t give refunds and that’s the way we cook them and was told we can’t change the grease till end of shift

Traveling through JC and stopped on our way home tonight and went through the drive thru. 39.00 and the food was so cold we couldn’t even eat it. The soda had no carbonation in it so you couldn’t drink it. I called and spoke to the manager on shift and was told that I would have to call corporate tomorrow. We do not recommend this location.

Sad they don't have fries or onion rings, Seriously!!? They replace it for the sorry jalapeno cheese miniature size, "at no extra charge" don't eat here not satisfied after spending $10.14 for wooper French friesless value meal. Shame on you..
