The only thing that’s changed in 30 years (or more??) is the price! It’s still the same old same old… don’t mess with a good thing, because this is a good thing!Dietary restrictions: As suspected, very few nondairy options (ha!)Parking: The traffic in front is moves at a high speed, and there’s not a close crosswalk. Use caution!Kid-friendliness: They expect kids to not know exactly what they want, and offer tiny spoons to tryWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible if there is any sort of crowd. Very limited space here, like an old time sandwich counter
When we first started ordering, the cashier started yelling at our group and told us we could only get a small cone or cup each. The ice cream is good but not worth the abuse. 0/10. Do not recommend.
Very good as always. Just got a Butter Prcan shake this time, but enjoyed it. I normally need to stop and get my "fix" of good creamy ice cream whenI pass through.

Great selection on flavors and wow you better come hungry if you go for the 2 scoop option. The prices are so cheap and seating is limited but most people are only there for about 10 minutes so tables free up pretty quickly.

A place one must visit for ice cream when in Jefferson City! Many flavors to choose from at this old fashioned set up. Buckets of ice cream behind the counter with plenty of staff ready to serve you!

Ice cream at Central Dairy never disappoints, a must stop if you are in the area.
Amazing place!!! Took a field trip group there for ice cream and it was perfect. Lots of choices, excellent service and an old school ice cream parlor feel.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families were there and the staff were great with them

Refused to give us what we would’ve payed for example if we payed for two scoops we were only aloud one and it could only be one flavor as well as only get served a small bowl or cone, nothing else . Would’ve been fine with it but the worker was very snarky and rude about it. Disappointing. DON’T come if you have a group of 10+

This was my worst experience! They said we couldn’t order what we wanted because we were in a large group although we were paying separately. This was ridiculous and not how customers should be treated. I’m very disappointed and upset with the service. They only would allow us to buy a small cone or a small bowl just because it was a large group even though we were paying for a large.
