Overall i'd give the place even higher than a 5 star blow out, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome but not rushed, they always have a smile and don't disappoint, highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't alreadyKid-friendliness: They have cute kid menus with crayons they hand out, and the devices on the tables have some games to play to keep toddlers distracted.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from any parking spot.

Out of 4 dinners, 2 we're eaten. The other 2 were gross ?. Overcooked pasta and burnt burger. Our waitress never returned after bringing our food. We waited 20 minutes, so we paid via kiosk and left.

The food was good. The waitress was fine, our issue was that it took 50 minutes to get our food. The waitress kept coming back and apologizing to us, telling us that the cooks were all new. We were also seated just to the right of the door when you enter the restaurant, and every time someone went in or out you would get a big blast of cold air.

Always a good hearty meal. Chili's burgers are among the best in Jefferson City, and the chicken crispers are very good as well. Top it all off with a molten chocolate cake for dessert.
First time coming to Chili's after a very long time and was VERY disappointed. We ordered a appetizer the 3 Trio, & our salsa came out super watery. We asked to sub out the salsa for a diffrent dip bc that is the option originally & was told “no, it would be an additional 6.00. Then my friend ordered a meat, shrimp and steak trio fajitas & the meal well COLD but over cooked. The rice was hard as heck and the steak was burnt. She took one bite and asked to get something different. The manager came out & said “they can’t keep comping things & they can’t change it bc they can’t keep making new food” I asked to clarify because they had not comped anything at all. & the food would not be eaten & we asked if she would eat it she said no, she would not but couldn’t bring anything else unless we are charged additional money. Ridiculous! Never coming back & definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here

Waited to be seated in empty restaurant. Waited 10 min for waitress to show up and ask about drinks, 15 min to get drinks and take order, over 35 min to get appetizers (no silverware nor napkins), another 30 minutes to get food (still no silverware). All this while dozens of to go orders flying out door. Never received to go box, had to find out own along with napkins. Steak was ok but vegetables had more salt than the Pacific. Definitely would not recommend. Wish I would have read reviews before going there.

This chili's is a hit or miss situation. I enjoy their food, but the service can be either good or bad. This visit we sat in the bar area and had good service for what we ordered. The server was covering the entire bar area, so he only stopped by a couple time. Luckily we didn't need much so it worked out. I will probably try it again the next time I am craving the chips and salsa, but it won't be my first choice of restaurants in the area.
