Manager Amber behaved so unprofessional. She’s an extremely rude & condescending individual. I took my kids out Easter night for icecream and our order was messed up. My daughter was extremely upset that her banana split wasn’t made right. My Son and I got the wrong blizzards and I tried to call three times which nobody answered so I knew since it was a holiday that they were extremely busy so instead of blowing up your phone decided I would just come back a different day and discuss the inconvenience. When Amber “the manager” accused me of just trying to get free ice cream because my name wasn’t in the book I told her I had my receipt and didn’t think it be that big of a deal if I came back just a different day. I have never encountered such a rude individual that is supposed to be a role model for the rest of the crew and that’s sad because I’m the store supervisor of TGIF. Whenever I purchased my messed up order again it was like drinking a blizzard so I might as well have been a shake I will never return to the Dairy Queen and I am extremely disappointed in the behavior of one who is supposed to be held to a higher standard regardless of what the situation is you’re not supposed to be disrespectful and rude to your customers especially whenever you’re training new people. So Amber I just want to give you a shout out for being the worst manager I’ve ever came across in that sad because I’ve been supervising stores for the past 10 years in my life you might wanna go back to a crewmember because you clearly don’t know how to speak to people and I can’t wait to talk to Tracy in the morning. I sure hope Your supervisor Tracy is nothing like you!!!! worst service ever!!!!

Bathrooms were clean and the food was presentable and good. The burger I had was supposed to be the backyard bacon ranch but really couldn't taste any ranch on it. The lobby could have been a little cleaner but all in all not too bad.

As much I enjoy Dairy Queen I was very disappointed past couple of visit today was the worst one of them all. T First off the order taker was not listing to me when I try order as he has AirPods in listing music he was also dancing behind the counter. That's totally unprofessional. when I finally ordered I sat down and waited 20 mins. It was slow so I know it wasn't that busy I worked in restaurant industry for years it's not that hard to listen to customer and hand out the food mangers need be retrained or needs new go under management. They don't care when I'm the one paying for the food I order OK I expect it to be hot and fresh the food was cold and just taste like it was a day old the gravy was cold and I was just really disappointed.
