Ordered online and after one hour the website stopped tracking my order. Called the store and they said it was not prepared but would be finished in twenty minutes. After waiting thirty minutes I drove to the store and walked in to never even being helped at the counter. Waiting another fifteen minutes I walked out.

Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant!!!! I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza today and whilst eating, saw a hair that was cooked into the pizza with the follicle attached….not on top but cooked into it, the crust to be exact. I can only assume it was the guy who made the pizza as it was a blonde short hair. Now this isn’t my first problem with this restaurant and after looking at reviews I’m upset I didn’t check them earlier. This place is either always not making your food correct, skimping on ingredients, and giving it to you with an attitude anytime they have to do their job. I am definitely reporting to corporate first thing in the morning and will not be returning…ever!

We had just returned from a trip and didn't want to cook. All the good pizza places were closed because it was Sunday so we decided on Domino's. Had I known that my wife was going to order through tge web site I would have stopped her because we have been burned by them before. She placed the order around 7pm and by 8pm she called the store. After several attempts she finally got someone to answer the phone. They clearly hadn't even looked at the order yet because the manager told us that they were making the pizzas now and it would be another hour and a half for delivery. With two young kids who hadn't had any dinner I couldn't keep them up past their bed times to eat so I canceled the order. To add insult to injury they still haven't refunded our money to our account. Now I'm really mad. If my money isn't returned today I'm contacting their corporate office, the attorney generals office, the better business bureau and anyone else I can get to listen. The moral is, don't use the website. The only reason they push the online ordering is so they can hire fewer employees and when the employees don't want to work they ignore the websites.

DO NOT WORK HERE. I went on union strike after finding out that autumn broom was stealing everyone's cash tips and curb delivery tips for at least 8 months. Steven called a black guy a gorilla. Nobody washes their hands. They reuse food from the floor I have multiple witnesses for this. Staff are not allowed to take breaks. One out of every 30 orders tip. Other drivers will cut in line to steal your turn so they can get all the online tip orders. They do not promote within. I tried to bring the issues up with Ryan and his solution was to make me do the job of the entire store ie. Stocking, prepping, cleaning, dishwashing, labeling, making the pizza, boxing the pizza, curbside delivery, front counter, trash, dough, and delivery. While all the co-workers were outside talking to each other the entire shifter in the bathroom the entire shift making me do all the work instead of actually fixing the problem or promoting. I explained to him that my only job description upon hire was to be a delivery driver and everything else was out of my pay range especially when we're paying co-workers just sit in the bathroom the entire shift or outside the entire or in their car the entire shift or even sitting on places where we make the food the entire shift. Then he communicated the threat of termination after the eighth time I tried to bring it up to him and he did nothing about it.....

Waited 3 hours for a pizza didn’t get my money back. I will now drive to the other side of town.UpdateI have had so many issues with the east side location. I just wish the west side would deliver to us. We still use the east location but have had so many 1-2 hour waits on pizzas that its usually a joke if we will actually get the pizza or not.

It's better to order during the day, we ordered last night and it was not cooked all the way also missing sauce that goes on the pizza, like I said order during the day night shift isn't that good in my opinion, kudos to the day shift

Something about this specific location, the people most likely, and how they make their Handmade Pan pizza makes this the best stop to get pizza in Jefferson City. Their Pan pizza is baked to doughy perfection.
