I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery there were different problems with all 4. 2 of them were burned. 1 have only 7 pieces of topping and the last was smashed to the top and side of the box. I've had better service through dominoes. I was just disappointed.

The delivery driver went to the wrong apartment complex. He listen to someone he just delivered too.Then when I called about it. The guy on the phone was rude. Never did I get a call an asked if I could explain where the house was. I asked for a refund and got told no and got hung up on

Umm yeah I had an order for Jacobus and dude this guy named John answered the phone. So chill, I mean like, wow. He was jusy really kind and like so kind and yeah John should definitely be the employee of the month. We even asked him to repeat the order and he was just like "yes"... absolute legend bro, he was patient and very respectful, I mean what a guy. And the food was fire????? so W John. Honestly Domino's is almost always right on point. Foods hella good, always hot n fresh, delivered fast, great deals n coupons online, open late, it's rarely a disappointment.
You just sell out to corporate and expect the same results? When I began my Jeff Cityu relationship with Dominos, I was more than satisfied. That's back during their Franchise days. I knew owners AND drivers.Now it's a sham. It's no longer a personal experience because the teloperators are in perhaps Sri Lanka.(No disrespect intended).Bye bye Dominos, and Hello Arris.

Lunch order pickup. I ordered chicken alfredo and a medium, two topping pizza to take advantage of the twofer $6.99 The chicken alfredo was perfect! Garlicky deliciousness! The hand tossed pizza was perfect too. My food was piping hot

The manager answered the phone rudely, automatically assumed I wanted to use a coupon that was online only and kept cutting me off when I was trying to place an order and the site was down and that the call center had sent me to this location. Told me rudely that my location was outside of the delivery range and hung up in my face abruptly as I began to ask another question. Just a bit of compassion and active listening could’ve made all the difference in that short interaction.
