Ordered an ice cream sandwich, just got it served, and the ice cream was melted immediately when I got to the table. This was less than a minute between that time. When I went to the person who served us the ice cream, all I did was try to explain my situation and was faced with no solution to the ice cream melting into the bag, and on the table completely. I had to clean the mess up myself and gave everything back because of this terrible terrible experience, also to show that we hadn't eaten any of it. Also, I asked for a manager, because I do enjoy this place and the product, but the server said she was the owner. And was still met with no solution other than being told "we can't get you more ice cream, eat it out of a bowl with the cookie, you ate the ice cream or course it's gone, and sorry we don't refund melted ice cream." To quote at the beginning, we had just got served the ice cream and sat at the table. Another major last thing to mention as well, she was talking to the customer, behind in line, negatively about us and bashing my partner and I for trying to correct the experience.

I love this place!! The domino cookie is my favorite and I have to get it everytime!We ordered a cookie cake and they did an amazing job. It was fresh, delicious, and didn't last long! Staff is pleasant and helpful for ordering. :)

The guy who sculpted our ice cream made a masterpiece. My wife says this review already sounds phony. But it's real; it's as real as the deliciousness she's devouring before me. That guy needs a raise.

I was walking to my table with two drinks a box's of cookies and a small bag with a cookie sandwich. While walking the cookie slipped out of the bag onto the floor. I very nicely asked the man if I could get a new one. His response was "it's your fault." Granted my hands were full but he didn't need to be so rude about it.

Went by to get cookies for my nephew as a surprise for him. I waited a minimum 15 minutes. No one showed up no sign up saying they’d be back all the lights were on. Very frustrated.

Cookies are made fresh daily. Cookie cakes are finaminnal with decent artwork. Pretty fast when making cookie cakes. Always nice and willing to help. Can't do copyright pictures, but will work with you on color schemes.
I got a Chewy Chocolate cookie today and it was one of the best cookies I've every had! You've got to try one.
