Done shopping at Hy-Vee. Went to buy some groceries the other night. Went to the onlyche kout open that had cashier. After putting my groceries on the belt and getting my money out, I was informed the only way to pay cash after 9pm is at self checkout. CASHier seemed surprised I didn't want my items. Told her I was not interested in gathering up my items and moving them to another lane where I had to check myself out when they had an employee right there that was paid to do that job andi left. HyVee not only lost a sale that night, they list a customer for good. I will shop where cash paying customers are appreciated.

I used Hy-Vee bakery for my wedding cake and dessert table, and could not be more happy!! Katelyn was so wonderful to work with, and everything was beautiful!! She decorated our small wedding cake, and brought a big assortment of small desserts. There wasn’t a crumb left on the dessert table at the end of the night. And SO reasonably priced!!

What is the point of an appointment at the pharmacy if you end up waiting in a line and then seeing the doctor in order of those who walked in. Total wait time: 39minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Had a cake made for my daughter's second birthday. The girl who helped me was very nice which is why I'm giving it two stars at least. The cake was so poorly decorated and a word was misspelled. I had to go to another store to buy icing to make it look a tiny bit better. I know it's a grocery store birthday cake but come on guys.
