It's a good sub shop and the Philly is very good. My wife likes the Italian. Because the cook the hot subs, it does take a little longer but they are good

Went in to pick up a sub, to get back to the office with no bacon on the sub. Called this in and gentleman had no remorse and was not willing to right the wrong other than "You can come back and get the bacon" Ill be sure to take extra time out of my lunch for the bud.

Extremely Rude Manager refused to honor deal that was sent out from the store. Was told it was a typo by the owner. Manager acted as if he didn't want to be there. No customer service skills at all.
So unfriendly! He treated us like we were annoying him simply by ordering. Very uninviting and short with us. Hopefully it’s just a bad day. To make it worse, the man making our sandwiches sneezed 3 times over the grill while our food was cooking.

Jersey Mike's in Jefferson City MO has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Manager was rude. They refused to honor their special they sent out, stating that the owner made a typo.

Workers were extremely rude and acted as if me ordering was an inconvenience to them resulting in my order being wrong. Two police officers pulled up while I was inside, and both employees said “here come them pigs” multiple times prior to them entering the building. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in front of other customers.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Subs,I live in Osage Beach Missouri. When traveling I stopped by an out of state location. It was the best sub I have ever tasted in my life! We currently do not have a Jersey MiKe’s subs in Osage Beach Missouri. We are lacking in fast food restaurants, in a fast growing county. There is an open lot down KK in Osage beach Missouri across from McDonald’s. I think you guys would flourish in a community like we have. Where we have lots of young adults looking for a fast bite to eat. So please, if you are reading this, open a location in Osage Beach Missouri!! (Preferably down KK) Thank you!
