I have ordered from the Truman site many times. They can't get an order right to save their lives. Missing straw, no napkins, no added mayonnaise or mustard, can't cut a sandwich in half, order not correct. This is not a cheap place to eat! Here was my surprise for lunch today. I think I will be ordering from some place else and save my $$$.

Each time I order food here the staff gets everything exactly right down to the detail. They are friendly when you walk in and somehow look like they want to serve you which is super rare nowadays. Great people!

App said food was ready even waited a whole extra 30 minutes and still had to wait another 15 20 once I got to the store other wise it wasn't bad and they were respectful

This was one of the worst experiences of my life ordering from Jimmy John's. I ordered via Doordash with specific instructions to call me when they arrive and hand it to me in person and they did NONE of that. I waited over an hour for food that was left outside my room for ANYONE to steal with no word from my delivery person. Not only that but I called 3 times and was given no information on the statues of my order or that it had been dropped off 20 minutes prior to a room with no one inside. This hotel is hot too! I am beyond upset and disappointed in what should have been a very easy service as I was waiting in the lobby multiple times for them to arrive. I am never ordering from there again!

PLEASE correct your open hours. i drove 25 miles out of my way at 2130 930 PM you all were closed. Your hours are till 1400 2 PM. I love JJ and get sandwhiches from JJ 3 to 4 x a week. I NEED my JJ fix!
