Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was shocked at how expensive it was. We got take out and we're so excited. Everything came out of a can. Quest was nacho cheese. Guacamole was just avocado salsa clearly out of a jar. Rice and Beans were so plain. My husband had birria and we make better at home. Very disappointed.
I ate there for lunch one day the staff were mean the food was overpriced and didn’t taste the best and got food poisoning and not to mention that they don’t use the whole dining room I don’t know how this awful place is open I only see 2 cars in the drive thru during 5 o clock dinner rush and this place needs to be shut down and torn down and don’t get me started on the drive thru that place is the worst Panera and Pancheros is much better this restaurant is even ripping off the name of Pancheros like come on this place is gross and needs to be closed down

I don't know how this place got more than one star for the food. Burrito was greasy, enchilada a salt lick and the tamale was very underwhelming. The salsa flavor was ok but has the consistency of water. You could drink it through a straw. Sadly the only thing that tasted decent were the beans. Service was a bit slow as there was only one cook and one cashier. I guess when she brought the food out on paper plates I should have lowered my expectations then and there. Suffice to say I will NOT be back!! Also, if you use your credit card, there's a surprise 6% fee added that is not posted anywhere, nor do they tell you. I loathe establishments that do that!

Called to ask if they sell beans and rice by the quart, got hung up on. Called back and the same guy answers, tells me to hold on, leaves me on hold for three minutes ( I can hear him the entire time) then hangs up on me again and shuts off the phones. I eat here 2-3 times per week. Never again.

The Super Burrito with no meat is tasty. The quesabirrias tacos on the other hand weren't good, very oily, and soggy. The consumé wasn't flavorful. The Tres Leches cake is a hit or miss, only because a few times my cake had too much leche, it was very soggy. The first time I ordered the cake it was perfect. The churros are decent. I like the taste of the outer shell of the churros but the cream in the center feels and taste like uncooked batter. The Jamaica drink taste good. The Pina drink is weak in flavor.

Glad that Jeff City has another option which is open late! Good tortas. Be sure & get some of the thick green hot sauce for them. I look forward to trying more of the menu.
The cashier was very knowledgeable but I asked her what was in the taco salad she told me everything but failed to mention rice was in it. I scooped the rice out and ate about a quarter of it, all it tastes like was refried beans.My husband and son got the Birria tacos and they said they had no flavor, the juice was mainly grease.It was edible but not very good for $50.

I absolutely LOVE this family owned restaurant. The thing I love the most are the hours, I have had breakfast multiple times and it’s so nice to get authentic food for breakfast with a drive thru! The lady taking the orders and working the drive thru is always so kind! Every single meal I have been served have been 5 star meals! The carne asada tacos are wonderful, the chorizo breakfast burrito and the barria tacos were phenomenal! I will continue to go to Pancho’s and tell everyone I know to go as well! Thank you!

I'm addicted lol. Taco Tuesday is a good deal. Beats taco bell any day. Everything I've had has been delicious. We eat here at least once a week.
