1st time here and I’m literally shocked. Took 10 minutes to place a carry out order. While I was waiting, 3 separate couples came in, waited too long to be seated, then left. The waitresses are too busy on their phones to seat the customers even when the restaurant is dead. It took over 20 minutes to then get my food, not terrible but should be better in a dead restaurant. As a restaurant manager myself, I blame the manager on this one.Edit: no silverware or napkins in a double knotted bag. Lesson learned, tipping makes no difference in making sure everything is there

Been a while since I’ve been to a Perkins, and my boyfriend and I came for brunch on a Sunday. Upon walking in they were very busy, but you could see everyone working hard and together. There was a little wait at the door and some other guests were very impatient and rude but it was no problem as we saw them taking care of everyone in an orderly fashion. June sat us and made sure to grab our drinks right away, she told us she is the hostest with the mostest, and we agreed!! She made sure to let us know she is also the baker and that they had fresh baked goods available. Lainey was our server, she had a lot of tables and was moving quick and efficiently. She was very kind and took great care of us, even making sure to grab me extra stuff I kept requesting with a smile.I’ve worked in food for many years and this location definitely has some great team members. The store was really clean, their uniforms were nice, and even though they were busy the staff kept their composure. Only saw the manager at cash once though in over an hour? Maybe she was busy in the kitchen, but would have been nice if they were doing table touches as we wanted to boast about June and Lainey!

the food and the environment were just fine. but our server, alice, was extremely unprofessional. she talked to us with a horrible attitude. she threw our plates down then our silverware and said “here’s a gift”, while we were still eating our meals, she came and threw the ticket at my husband without saying a word (we still wanted to order pie) and she kept giving us dirty looks the entire time.

We come here a lot and normally it is the best but today the food was awful, the service was slow it was just all around bad today. 1 out of 10 would not recommend at least not during the holidays.Dietary restrictions: They do have keto friendly and gluten free options
