I usually enjoy pizza hut but the last order I made was NOT good at all. The pizza was slightly burnt and tasted awful. I spent almost $50 and regretted it.

pay attention to the online orders , there were items missing from our pizzas and the pizza dough tasted sour !The advertisement was misleading. please bring back the old pizza hut !

The manager was awesome. I wanted peppers and cheese and she was careful not to forget my request. Pizza is a treat at my house and we like it with peppers and cheese. If those are forgotten, it is a big deal in terms of not being the entire experience.

Multiple issues with my order. Pizza took 90 minutes to be delivered. Delivered cold. Driver left my order at the front desk and left.. I contacted the store and was placed on hold, hung up on multile times and was yelled at by the employees for asking for a refund.
