Going down hill quickly, just like every other fast food place in Jeff. Nothing seems fresh anymore, and the tots were way undercooked. They don't even put the cherry in your soda anymore it you ask for cherry. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they are fast.

Passing through town where I am from we don't have a Sonic wanted to enjoy a tasty treat on the road. Got a turtle blast and it's just vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate bites on top, not mixed in at all whatsoever. Very disappointing and expensive for just a thing of vanilla icecream.

Tired of going here and my change getting taken . I've talked to several people who say the same thing happens at this sonic specifically . Do it to 10 customers , they get 10 dollars . Not honest at all .

Same issues every time we go...cup full of ice, asked for light ice, no cheese dip for pretzels, despite paying $2 each for pretzel with cheese and this time the lemonade was the full concentrate! Hadn't been mixed with water and was full strength, making them gag! Called them about issues last time, was promised it would be fixed. Declined to take coupons for free food we were offered, just requested better next time. That was a mistake. We had to buy cheese dip from grocery store 30 mins down the road as we were just traveling through.

I have gotten into the habit of using Sonic's app & ordering ahead. It is so much easier than sitting in my car & waiting for my order. I ordered ahead for their corn dogs and a drink. It took no more than 2 minutes to receive them after I had checked in. Food was nice & hot.
