We were forced to ordered our own food at a kiosk in this Taco Bell with no help or guidance. After waiting many minutes, We went to get our own cups and got yelled at in no polite manner at all and were told to wait until our food comes out. This same women was yelling at her coworkers and telling them not to answer any phone calls. This is very disappointing showing zero customer service. I will no longer even consider walking into a Taco Bell. I’d give it a zero star if I could. This store needs new management.

i ordered 50$ worth of food, to receive a hard taco, a chalupa that wasn’t right and chips which came with the box but there was no box.!! i’m fuming bc this is twice this has happened around the same price and I have even gone up there to get my food and they still missed the most expensive parts of my order! Taco Bell won my money and i didn’t get to enjoy what i paid for… Also no refund just a 10% off code or a free taco.!

I’ve been coming up there I’ve seen rude lazy and plenty more today I come in for a meal the doors were all locked as they were close but they weren’t and had every door locked with people outside wanting in at 4pm in the afternoon this place is a joke and hr should get it together cuz it don’t reflect on the workers but also the company as a whole so just before you go up in here just know you will be greeted with hate as they don’t want you in there because of them being lazy and sorry in advance and don’t bother calling they won’t answer or put sign up explaining why the doors would be locked that’s just how they run there business

This Taco Bell has been one of my favorites. They always have quick, hot food. Tacos are appropriately filled. Service is always kind and efficient.

Nothing special, mexican passage tasted old and stale, and there was no fork or spork.

This place used to be pretty reliable, although very slow. Annoying ordering process, pre-recorded boast and then confused workers alternating on speaker. Cannot comprehend the simplest of orders. "Bean Burrito - add beef" is completely perplexing to the staff. This time, I finally got some sort of beef and chili burrito instead. If you ask them to leave something off, they double it. Lately, they refuse to cut a quesadilla into slices. Burritos are nearly empty now. Cooks and window staff always too busy laughing or arguing to complete your transaction properly. They will enter into a lengthy conversation with a drive-up customer and just leave you waiting. Right on par for a Jeff City Taco Bell.
