Placed an order through the app on 2/11. As I pulled into the parking lot there were only two other vehicles in the drive through, both at the window. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker box and no one took my order. Pulled up to the window to tell them I was here to pick up my order that I placed through the app and was told I needed to pull around again and tell them through the speaker box. I explained I had already placed an order through the app about 30 minutes prior and they had me waiting 10 minutes at the speaker box annd no one was helping me. I told them I was just needing to pickup the order that I already placed. They shrugged at me and told me to pull around and order through the speaker box.I understand maybe they were short staffed due to the big game. But there is no excuse for the poor service. I had no issue with the wait. My only issue was failing to fulfill an order that was placed 30 mins prior and already paid for.

Just wanted to apologize again for ordering multiple party packs and then canceling the order after I heard the total.After waiting inline (unable to pull out) the service person was "understanding", yet the eyeroll in the direction of the cookline was noted as well as the display of "are you kidding mes" heard.Unfortunately, we are at that time in the market where the cost of things are ridiculous compared to wages. Until this balances, the cost of Cheap, Fast food is neither cheap nor fast (as I was stuck in line for over 15 minutes).I used to stop on my way home and get family dinner party packs, Taco and burrito mixes, and spent less than $20. Spending $72 for the same order will NEVER be acceptable.Back to cooking at home- where this SAME meal (even using Taco Bell brand products) costs $27 WITH left overs!I even made my favorite old school Taco Bell item, an Encharito.

No offense but it's Taco Bell. I don't expect the most. I worked at one for years in high school, fun times. Everyone is doing a fine job at this place. Food was put together well and came out fast. They are getting a bit proud on the prices though. 3oz of mid grade beef ain't worth all that.

Took forever for someone to take my order, food looked like a 5 year old had prepared it, place was filthy and smelled bad. Plus you guys have gotten ridiculous on prices for what you are and get on portions.
The only problem I had was their tables suck, they need to do some major work to their tables they sit there and rock back and forth while you try to eat . But other than that it was greatVegetarian options: Their vegetarian selection is small but what they do have is actually pretty good coming from someone that loves their meat, but after all it is fast food .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to see and to get in the store.
