Worst location ever. Ordered thru uber eats my sandwich comes with NO CHEESE (how you miss cheese) and numerous of condiments and vegetables. I contacted manager to think I could get it resolved but just like a typical black manager with entitlement she gets smart on the phone and hung up on me. I go around there 8 months pregnant and demanded my sandwich to be remade she walks off from me and proceeded to call police cause cuz now she has someone matching her energy. Don't go if u ain't prepared to get you items wrong and to be talked to like a child. I am contacting corporate to escalate the situation. Visit this location at your own risk

Worst experience EVER. On Thursday march 21, 2024 I ordered 2 foot long ultimate bmt and paid $1.50 each for a little more meat. As my husband was eating his sandwich, he pulled out a piece of hair and was disgusted and did not finish his dinner. I called the store asking to speak with a manager and I was told a manager wasn’t there. I called Friday and Saturday without reaching a manager. I then called Sunday and the employee told me that a manager won’t be in until Monday morning all the while she’s telling me she can’t help me although I still have the sandwich and receipt and that I HAVE to speak with the manager that will be there Monday. TODAY is Monday! I called and she told me the manager was busy and couldn’t talk to me and as I explained that I’ve been calling since Thursday she repeated she’s busy and hung up on me! I will be calling corporate to escalate this matter and I STILL HAVE THE SANDWICH!!!!!!!!

The staff at this location was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Why do we keep supporting businesses like this? If I could rate this store with a negative star, I would. I was yelled at and cursed at by the store owner for simply asking which bread was the freshest . I will not purchase at this location again.

The customer service at this location has gone down tremendously. They employees from 3-4 years ago need to come back. This location was still accepting online and mobile orders today (1/14/24). After I placed my order I found out they decided to close early for the day and refused to give me my refund. The female working proceeded to curse at me and other patrons who wanted a refund because we kept asking why we couldn’t get one.

They have very bad service. I placed an order online an hour in advance only to get there and be told they won't make the food until people get there because people pay but don't come. That makes no sense. On top of that, I was forced to get behind 11 other people, so I had to wait another 36 minutes. I wanted a refund instead of waiting but was told they don't refund online orders. When i simply asked why they don't make the orders until people get there if they don't give refunds regardless. I was told to leave the store if I'm going to be difficult. Without my food or money. Seeing that I spent $70+, I bit my tongue and waited. I will never go back there.

Ordered a sandwich and 3 pack of cookies. I sat down and ate my sandwich in the establishment. I then opened my pack of cookies and saw they had given me the wrong kind. I told them I had not touched the cookies and politely asked if they would swap them out for the correct kind. The manager angerly told me no and the sale was final. Apparently customer service doesn't exist once you have paid. Pathetic.
