Ice cream was okay. The cashier/server kept rubbing her face, mouth, nose in between handing out orders and uncovered spoons. She did it several times while I was waiting for my order. There was somebody who was on the backline making orders, whom I believe was the manager, was looking at her while she did this and didn't say anything to her. At which point I realize it's probably a cultural thing. None of the guests who were waiting for their orders spoke up. Would not recommend and will not return.

We are from Springfield and know what Andy's is supposed to be and this was not it. Person taking order was impatient and rude. When we recieved our first item I informed them that the Cookie Casanova sundae didn't have any cookie in it then they gave us the jackhammer with wrong filling. They seemed extremely irritated and chucked it so hard in the trash. Once we recieved all of our orders and pulled behind the building to enjoy our treat we all agreed that the "freshly baked cookie" was rock hard. We were all so disappointed as I know how hard this family has worked to maintain the quality of their product.

We did not have a good experience here at all. They messed up our order and the guy who was in the drive thru got mad because he rang up our order wrong. He also made my mom feel bad because she didn’t hear him a couple of times. These people need to be retrained on customer service honestly. Not a big deal because we won’t be coming back ever again

Some pretty fun treats and the location has a nice retro charm.The road to get here is a horrible messy wasteland of strip malls and a complete eye sore and an affront to human decency but the ice cream here is nice and Andy's didn't build the disgusting and deficient surroundings that are built for cars instead of people they only built this lovely ice cream store and the ice cream is good.
