After going to Popeye's across the street and waiting and waiting and waiting I made a bee line to Chick-fil-A. I'm impressed. Immediate took my order. Pulled around the corner and paid. Second corner and my order was waiting. WOW. Great job Chick-fil-A

Great place to go when you want Asian food in the mall. I recommend the chicken curry, it’s not like any other chicken curry I’ve had, it’s more like spicy grilled chicken (no soup) but it’s still fantastic. Don’t go overly hot with it, you can always add more spice later but you can’t take it back once it’s in. And these cooks know how to blow you out of the water with spice.

These people really know how to do 'drive-in' service. Lots of cars in line, however, the line continues to move and the food is waiting at the end of the line. Plus, it is hot and fresh!

OMG this has to be the most efficient ran fast food place I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few in my life at 67. My hat is off to the manager of this place to have it run this smoothly during a time of covid 19. When we first pulled in there were 5 lanes of cars waiting for drive thru service and I looked at my wife and said plan on a long wait. Boy was I wrong! From the time they took our order to the time we pulled back out was only 10 minutes. Now I know why all the other fast food places were looking slow..

I am amazed how well they get you in and out of the drive up lanes and yet the order is correct,fresh and appetizing

Walking in to the place, we knew it was going to be a good experience...what other restaurant has a three lane drive through for take out orders with attendants walking amongst the cars taking orders and payment and making the whole process painless? We were served quickly inside; our orders were perfect; and a person came by the table and refilled our drinks. Chick-fil-a does it right.

We were finishing our morning activities and wanted to grab a quick lunch--Chick Filet was open and doing a brisk business but it was handy to pull in and park, so we did. We wsere not diappointed--kgreat Peppermint Shakes for the Christmas season, and a great Chicken Sandwich to go with it! Very friendly and personable people working and we were in and out in thirty minutes. We'll be going back again!

Ordered the 1 item combo. Got lots of food but couldn't eat it. Food had no flavor. The chicken in the orange chicken was like chewing dried leather. Overpriced

We've had sushi, sashimi and the habachi grill and everything was phenomenal. Fresh sashimi and sushi especially for being in the middle of the country. Their habachi cooks are entertaining and great cooks. Prices are good. We eat there almost every trip to Joplin.

We were hungry for chick fil A on our trip by Joplin so searched on trip advisor. We were disappointed that it was in a busy mall. We had to park a block away which was ok for us since we’d been driving for hours, but FYI. The food was not as good as usual, salad was smaller and chicken not as hot and fresh as our Apple Valley MN restaurant. Order taker was pleasant, but service is take out style. Plenty of places to sit in the food court but not as nice as a stand alone place.

I enjoy going through the drive-through at this restaurant the line moves at a good pace BUT at no time do you feel rushed there are people there to help and OMG they are so friendly and courteous and they will take the time to help you get exactly what you want without holding everyone else up It just amazes me how efficient and organized they are and the food? 5 stars in my book absolutely great food

Convenient location, fast service by staff that are always so happy. I know that is how they are at all of the locations for this chain restaurant, its nice. Always plenty of workers, everything is clean so its a good option if you are looking for something quick.

Eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always more than helpful and extremely courteous. No matter how long the lines are there is never a very long wait. Cannot go wrong with their chicken nuggets. Look forward to our next visit.
