Auntie Anne's at Northpark Mall is fantastic! The customer service is terrific, and Andrea and her team work very hard to make tasty food as well. Definitely recommend Auntie Anne's at Northpark Mall!

Thursday, 3/16/23, about 3 p.m. or so, my husband and I stopped to get a pretzel. The girl working was at the back side of the booth washing a tray. She never acknowledged our presence, although she made direct eye contact with me at least twice. When she was done washing that tray, she picked up another one and continued washing. We never even got so much as a "Be right with you". After about 5 minutes of standing there with repeated eye contact, it became obvious she had no interest at all in helping us, so we walked away and got some nuggets at Chick Fil A instead. 0/10 for Auntie Anne's.

This place blows. The gentleman who took my order asked what was in the combo I wanted, so had no clue of the menu, and focused on online orders instead of the many people waiting in line for food. Seems poorly managed. Many people were frustrated sitting around for 30 minutes for pretzels.Edit: The other employee was visibly and audibly frustrated with the gentleman who had no clue what was even going on. If everyone is new, get someone who knows what they’re doing on a busy day to guide everyone else.

The store says open at 10am. The employee is literally sitting outside the stand on his phone and when Asked he said he was “to busy to open so he’s not opening until 11 maybe 12pm…. Are you serious?!?!? And when people come to the store at 6:30 you guys are closed! What a joke of a store!!! Fire these people and get new ones in!
