So my sweetheart & I have been saying we've been wanting to try this place, so for date night tonight we did. OH MY YUMMY LORD!!! The appetizer was the best chili cheese fries I've had in a very long time. Michael got the fish & chips with Brussels slaw, and I got the Meat Sweats pasta. Guys, the food melted in our mouth. We were swapping bites and got very full. We have leftovers to enjoy later. Tiffany was our server, and she was very knowledgeable of the food and helped with my indecisiveness. We will definitely be back to try more of the spectacular options available.

Two great appetizers of roasted chestnuts and a tower of grilled brussel sprouts were a meal in itself due to the generous portions served. Never before have I had waffles with food items.,. a tasty combo recommended. Going to return to try their next unpublished lunch special.

What a wonderful surprise! We four were traveling through, had no idea where to grab lunch, and Google suggested Blackstone - turned out to be one of the best meals on our trip. Amazing burnt ends, delicious gnocchi, wonderful creamy house dressing on a great side salad, and if you want fresh hot amazing pork rinds this is the place.

Inside this place looks great but surrounding area makes you want to run for cover! It is worth coming here though as the food is really tasty. I gave it a 4 star as I have been here a couple times and once they had a special with fried soft shell crab and it was not the best, so they are winning me back each visit afterwards. Their salmon dish which a friend got looked and tasted delicious. Then this time I got a special fried chicken with bacon sandwich with fries (not the most health choice) but it tasted really good. The service was really good as well but apparently there were specials we found out about from another table getting told about so that would have been nice to hear about that ahead of ordering. My sandwich was a special but the menu said to ask about it so I did (go figure). Overall, great place to come with some different choices and some different takes on smash burgers. Full bar as well if you like the beer, wine or spirits. Plus plenty of art you can buy right off the wall if you want to spend like 1,500 bucks.

The food is so good I’m having trouble describing it. If you haven’t eaten here you are missing out.Parking: Lots of parking available. The lot across the street is large and available if the primary parking lot fills up.
Great place. I recommend the blackstone charcuterie or sampler plater. Holy cow, it is a meal in itself. (Sorry, I forgot to take a pic) You get to try all the good stuff. Meat, sausage, cheese, house made mustard. Burgers (The Karen and The Chef) were outstanding as well. Pic is of the triple burger(The Chef). I highly recommend the triple burger.
Couple of local friends took me to Blackstone as I was passing though Carthage. Great little gastropub. The food was delicious and the staff were fun. If passing through the Joplin area, I would recommend instead of any of the chains.

What a great little place. I almost wish it was larger, but that might take away from it being quaint.Not a huge menu but something for everyone. Mixed drinks were excellent and beer on tap selection was almost bigger than the food menu.I got the sandwich of the month (Thai chicken) and was blown away by the flavors. My daughter got burnt ends and I tried to distract her to grab one, but I raised her well and she would not succumb to my chicanery. Her boyfriend got a burger, which he loved. My wife got dessert for dinner, and the cobbler was delightful.Service was friendly and fast for how busy they were.Vegetarian options: Multiple dishes had vegan options for upchargeParking: Parking across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Small place so it will be hard to get around, but accessable and parking available
