I had more of a problem with delivere than with the food. The food was cold from sitting outside because the driver didn't ring the door bell like I requested also he did not being my drink. I texted him and got no reply so I let grub hub know and to fix it they gave me a 10% discount on a order of up to 50.00 for my next order. Problem is there are so many restrictions to use it that it is pretty much useless oh and it expires in 30 days. I have had so much trouble with grub hub lately I'm wondering if this app is even worth the data it uses on my phone. Now I'm off to by another drinks.....thanks.

As a former Burger King employee, thankfully not for any location here in Joplin, they are a disgrace to the company. They literally can't even get a simple order right. Ordered a triple whopper with cheese and added barbecue sauce and asked for no mustard, an original chicken sandwich, and a large side of onion rings. Onion rings are missing right off the bat. They weren't there. What did I get instead? I got a small order of fries. The burger was a complete mess because there was no barbecue sauce that I asked for on the burger. What did they do instead? They put 12 slices of cheese on my burger and added mustard to it. Allow me to repeat that. 12. SLICES. OF CHEESE. And a condiment I asked them NOT to put on my burger. And finally, my poor chicken sandwich.....I asked for pickles, yes. But there's hardly any ketchup or mayo on my chicken sandwich and it's practically flooded with pickles! I will not be ordering from this restaurant again as they clearly can't follow simple instructions.

I’m not sure what happened in the last two months because they used to be super fast and great customer service. Went tonight to have the only nice person be the manager while he staff was rude not only to me but him as well. Waited 20 minutes for the person in front of me to order, then another 15 for me to try to get my order. Managee again was kind and tried to find a resolution.
