I came through the drive thru on Monday March 25th of 2024, and the nice young person Alex who cashed my order out for me was very sweet, very kind and very customer service oriented, and treated me as if I were family, I wish that all fast food workers were as good as Alex, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for you Alex, you made my day and put a smile on my face, thank you and i will definitely come back.

All fast food places are a hit n miss depending on staff shortage, how busy they are, etc. This location seems to be doing well.Vegetarian options: They have an impossible whopper. Make sure you order it no-broil though.

It has been a while since I have eaten at Burger King and was not happy that the whopper jr is quite a bit smaller than it used to be.

The employees are very nice and care a lot about their job’s and customers. They made sure everything about our order was correct. They spoke with us kindly as well as other customers. Their communication was wonderful. They truly are trying their best. Our food was warm and we left feeling very happy !

Food is always good. We stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes before being recognized. They were telling drive thru they were short staffed and backed up in the kitchen. It looked like they were. Cooking each order and getting it out before taking another order. My granddaughter went to the counter to get ranch dressing for her chicken and was totally ignored. My wife had to go up and get it. We weren't in a big hurry, and usually, service is exceptional. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We can overlook an occasional busy night. Staff still provided smiles.Kid-friendliness: They have games in the lobby that kids can play for free.

Waited 20 minutes for them to even take our order with little to no interaction or customer service. Watched 4 other customers walk out while we waited for our food from lack of attention. They forgot all sauces. Nuggets were burnt and dry. Burgers and fries were cold. Overall a terrible experience.

Call me mean and critical - but I've been in the food and beverage business before, and if it's one thing I learned that was vital in that line of work, it's the attention to detail. Like actual taking the time to READ the order ticket for any particular changes that the customer would like to have made in the preparation of their food. For example, a #2 comes with 2 patties, Cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayo and Ketchup. That's the standard. My wife ordered that, with no onions. She got a #1 instead. I dont want a bandaid fix. I want the food done the right way, the first time. Same with my food. I ordered a #4 with lettuce and pickles.. Again, ticket wasnt read right, (or at all) and I had to go back to have the issue corrected.. For the second time I was asked, if I wanted just the corrections made.. And again, I stand by my decision in insisting they make it again, the right way.. Guys, it wasn't even that busy. There was only one other couple in the dining room with us. There's no reason why the cook cant take the extra time to make sure the food is made as it was ordered. And they're the only BK in town now.. If there was a time for them to really step up their game and bring their best skills to the table, now is that time. Again, call me mean and critical, but that's just my view. Their food is more expensive now, and should thus reflect the quality the price suggests that you're paying for. I know it's a burger joint, but I hold the same standards towards any place I eat at.
