Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried to speak with the manager, Landon, about the issue with my order. All he did was place blame and talk over me. We have yet to remedy the situation. I would steer clear of this location. Unless you like to pay for things you ordered, not receive them, then be told they can't do anything about it.

Never a bad experience every time we go. Absolute legends.
First time here, will be the last. Ordered food to go. Got back and the fries were old and tasted like they had been sitting in the bottom of the grease forever. Brisket quesadilla was missing jalapeños. No salsa. Barely any bacon and ranch on the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. No salsa. Sloppily made and thrown together. I had to piece it together myself to eat it. Wish I had known this, I would have never have left a tip.

My mom and I both ordered the trio and each had mouth bites. The hamburger was raw and we let the waitress know and she had them remade. Came out again not done. Very disappointed and they did not do anything after the 2nd time. Will probably not go back.

Would not recommend to anyone been here over hour still waiting on our appetizers.i have always got chicken tenders with zing chili sauce and now they all the sudden ? don't poor quality of food n staff not happy ? ? ?
I wash their windows for AAA Window Cleaning and they have great staff and a great place to eat budget wise or not. Very clean!

Chilis was on the way to the house so I stopped in to grab a bite. I hate eating alone. Casey at the bar is a doll! She gets the credit for the atmosphere and service. Makes a great margarita, attentive but not too much, and always smiling. She suggested the Tequila Trifecta and I ordered happy hour boneless wings and trio dip. The salsa wasn’t as “fresh” as advertised, but it’s -5 outside so I didn’t take it literally. Guac was good and the white queso was white queso. Boneless wings were similar to those chilis appetizers at Walmart. All in all, Food met my post Covid corporate kitchen expectations. And since the service exceeded my expectations I rounded up.
