“Great food and shakes. Service is a bit slow, not due to volume, but due to the fact that only one employee, the girl with light brown hair, seems to work and she does everything bussing tables, making our shakes, delivering orders, etc. for the entire restaurant. The other employees stand for long periods of time staring at their phones while this poor girl runs circles. One young gentleman who works here spends a significant amount of time behind the counter running his fingers through his fledgling beard as if this will coax it to grow instead of just spreading dead skin cells and random sheds over the shake area. Other than that, it is great.“
“Great food! Hometown cooking, good ‘ol’ comfort food. Reasonably priced with a large menu selection. Atmosphere was a little too “smoky” for us. They have separate seating for smoking, but the smell and overall smoke finds its way to the nonsmoking. Overall would highly recommend.“
“Wonderful authentic Italian food! I have absolutely enjoyed every bite of everything I have tried thus far. The atmosphere is absolutely the best, with Frank Sinatra songs that makes you forget about counting the time. I absolutely recommend.“
“It's been a few years since I've been to Cheddar's, so I decided to give it a go with a coworker and have a double birthday celebration. The staff was courteous, but when it came to being seated, my colleague and I were seated amongst tables with mom's and children. Either in high chairs or booster seats. We were there to have quiet conversation, and that was just not possible. We did not ask to be seated elsewhere. That was on us. We still enjoyed each other's company, had a very tasty and delicious lunch. Took the fudge cake and ice cream to go. Cheddar's is STILL a scrumptious lunch option, very inexpensive restaurant with generous portions of food! And mouth watering fudge cake!! This gem is a bit hidden by the overgrowth of trees and bushes, but it's worth checking out, if you haven't been to Cheddar's in JoMO!“
“Finally made it to this restaurant. Usually in Joplin on Sunday when they’re closed. It was fantastic! Food and atmosphere were excellent. Had the best of both worlds…tamales and spaghetti with chili and beans. My wife is allergic to onions…it was great their chili had no onions. We’ll be back many many “
