One time i bought a water and i didn't leave a tip, but when i got the water it was halfway open and all beat up and had i think cookie dough on it which was not a problem! butttt the fact that got me was it being open, and my boyfriend who went in said the employee was kinda rude. But other than that time, service has been great and the cookies are always 10/10!!
