I've been to both web and joplin MOSA locations and they both suck!!! They were rude and tried to steal $20 in change.THIS GIFU place is so friendly! They allowed me to take my time and were very helpful with the menu. The customer service alone will make me come back! And on top of all that, they have 50% off sushi rolls today ???? 10/10
My favorite Hibachi food truck ever, no competition. Their food is consistently good and they really care about delivering good food and service! I absolutely love and recommend this place!

Aloha. These guys are Awesome!! Friendly courteous and On Point. I am A Chef with an extensive background in Japanese Cuisine. It is so hard to find Quality Sushi and Hibachi.All the Chain Japanese SteakHouses in this area are an Epic Disappointment. This Humble food truck does not Disappointment. The Portions are Huge, The Rolls are Full size, Tight, and perfectly balanced. Check these folks out if you haven't. It is worth it.
