The prices of goods right now aside 16 dollars before tax and tip for 4 pancakes ? is crazy. It was very good and I couldn't finish it all, but still, it's pancake batter, a few garnishments of fruit, flavor etc .. the price in the only reason I can't give IHOP 4 ⭐'s

It took 3 times longer in and out becomes our waitress was always in the back had to get my own silverware. $60 for 2 people and I just had pancakes. Not pleased!!!!

We stopped in at 3am to get some breakfast during a long drive. The place was trashed. There was only one other table dining in when we got there. We waited for 30 minutes after ordering only to receive cold food. The sausage was removed from the bill after we mentioned it to the waiter. I ordered the new strawberry biscuit combo and was really excited to try it. The biscuit was cold and stale ?. His omelet and pancakes would have been wonderful, had it not also been cold. Thankfully it was edible enough for us to share it and make due. $50 later, and we left frustrated and not with full stomachs. Maybe they only get drunk people who don't care at this hour, but we just wanted the warm meal that we paid for.
