Went into the store to pick up my order. They were very busy with online orders and a long line. It was late at night and the store had three people working (Randy, Carlie, and Phoenix )a delivery driver became inpatient and was extremely rude to the crew and even threw a bag at them before storming out. The crew was professional, respectful and kept their cool when it would have been easy to match her energy. Very impressive people and delicious food!

I will say this they went above and beyond today when we was there. We haven't had jersey Mike's since we moved back to this area. I have a horrible gluten intolerance they went above and beyond to make sure I didn't get any gluten they made sure to clean everything so there was no gluten touching my gluten free bread ?? I highly recommend this location they take allergies seriously when it comes to them ! I will for sure be going back they have the best gluten free bread I've had in a long time!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free bread!!!

I was so excited when we had a good option for subs come to town. Jersey Mike's keeps it simple and fresh. Every time you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly smile and a long line. Luckily, it usually doesn't take too long to get through unless you order a hot sandwich, and then it can take a little extra. I'm on with that, though, because they are cooking it right then, not heating it up in a connection oven or microwave. Getting a number 13 Mike's way is my favorite, and they always put plenty of juices on the sandwich. Tip of you're taking it home and the drive is longer than 2 minutes get the juices in ato go container then your bread isn't soggy when you get home.

BADMEXICAN
This place is bad! We went to go visit some family and decided to go grab some food at Jersey Mike’s for dinner on Friday. As we are inside we noticed a short guy who seem to be manager yelling at his employees in front of everybody. I got to say it was uncomfortable and really looked disrespectful. Yeah, I really won’t be coming back to this place when they treat their employees like this. If I could leave negative stars I would!

Service went above and beyond after my initial sub was mistakenly made with chicken instead of beef. I told them it was OK and that I would just eat the chicken one, but they wouldn’t hear of it. They let me have that one, they made me the correct one as well, and they gave me a card for a free one the next time I come in. That is top-notch customer service!
