Literally the opposite of “freaky fast.” I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered from this location (drive thru or on the app) and had to wait 30+ minutes for sandwiches. Today, I ordered and waited a few minutes to drive 20 minutes to the store to pick up my food. I got there and still waited 15-20 minutes inside the store to no avail. There were four people working today — either they need to be paid better to encourage productivity or there need to be more hands in the kitchen, because this is freaking ridiculous.

I tried to go to this Jimmy John's yesterday at around 6-6:30. Pulled up to the drive through, told the person there that it was our first time at the restaurant, so it might take a few minutes. When I was finally ready to start ordering, I started to talk and was rudely interrupted by the employee and told by the employee that he was busy and I needed to wait. When he was finally ready, I started to order and chose my first sandwich meal. He asked if there was anything else, and I started to order my second sandwich when he rudely interrupted me again, telling me that I needed to finish the first order. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I understand that I did not finish ordering the first meal, but the employees need to work on their tone and their customer service. I rated the food a 3 because I did not try it, and therefore I cannot say of it is good or bad.

I love to be able to grab a quick bite to eat from here. The food is reasonably healthy and fairly priced. My only complaint is that there is not a Jimmy John's closer to where I live.

About 5 years ago Jimmy John's came out with a sandwich called The Frenchie, it is no longer available, but a "Plain Slim#5 on French Bread" is basically the same thing, and don't forget the "Kickin Ranch Dip" . Amazingly Good.

Ordered The Pepe & Thai chicken wrap. Bread on sandwich was hard and we paid $2 extra for avocado "spread" and barely was put on the sandwich. The sauce in the wrap was to spicy for me. Also, got an oatmeal raisin cookie...hard as a rock and I threw it away. Not impressed and won't be back.

Food is always good. Asked for gutted and wasn't when we got it. But not a big deal as the sandwich was awesome. Was nice 80's music that was at the right, low volume.

This is usually a decent place to go to. Today, I stood for 5 minutes at the register with absolutely no one even saying “we’ll be right with you” or even acknowledging my existence. There were only 2 people working, but only one other customer in the restaurant sitting at the tables. I walked out after that 5 minutes of not even being acknowledged. The workers were tending to drive thru orders and not anything in store.

Just got my sandwich and they put a bunch of stuff on it that I specifically didn’t want and refused to remake the sandwich, as a person who works in customer service this is unacceptable and I will never give my money to these people who don’t care about the customers
