I wanted to let you all know we visited your Springfield location for our spring break “yes” day and it will probably be our last visit. Pulling up at 715 the restaurant was completely empty, walking in it is in DIRE need of a deep cleaning and repair of the wall and floor tiles… upon first glance they appear filthy but are just broken and in need of repair. We ordered and they began bringing our orders our 2 kids meals grill cheese 2 burnt end grill cheese 3 speciality Mac and cheese orders. One of the burnt end gc was made as Mac and cheese and one of the Mac and cheese had a whole FLY baked into the cheese! They made another one but everyone was done eating by the time she got hers so she ate 2 bites and that was all. We also were told after asking that they were “out of chips” so were offered a soufflé taste of tomato soup. Like I said this was a treat for my children and their friends for spring break we live about 2 hours away and were SO disappointed in our overall experience. If this type of thing is the new norm here I can’t imagine a restaurant would survive long in this economy.

Skip the burnt ends Mac. Was tough cut up brisket,not burnt ends with cheap bbq sauce on top. The pizza one was great.

I liked the place and the service. I ordered regular Mac&cheese and it wasn’t that bad but for a place that this plate is the specialty it wasn’t awesome. Even the portion was great! But I still love more the mac&cheese from Walmart ?

We had lunch there at about 12:30 on our way home from Branson, there was no one there! This is an awesome concept and I wish we had one in Tulsa. The food was yummy! Someone picked up a takeout order when we were there, and some people came in as we were leaving. Give this place some love Joplin! It's great food! They are opening a Springfield location at the end of January.

Too expensive. Loved my service I received from a staff member, very sweet girl. I got the Cajun shrimp Alfredo add broccoli & panko. It wasn’t cheesy at all, & they forgot to add broccoli & panko… my partner ordered a grilled cheese add pepperoni. The Mac n cheese itself isn’t cheesy it tastes watered down. I also ordered three garlic knots & I didn’t start any seasonings besides the dough of the bread & was pretty dry. Marinara sauce is the worst I have ever tasted & I am not a picky eater. It literally tastes like blended tomato & no seasonings. My total came out to be $31.49. Very disappointing

Definitely cheesy, I would have liked more noodles to the cheese. I think they may have missed the bread crumbs advertised. The jalapeño peppers were a great add. I also liked the burn ends. It was just too much cheese for me. It was a good sized portion, you may want to share.
