Absolutely horrible. Nobody at the counter,I literally waited for almost 20 minutes and nobody showed up,and yes it was open,it was at 4:45pm. the fries they gave me were burnt but cold,and the blue frozen drink I was handed was melted. Horrible.

This McDonald's always does a great job. However whom ever is directing staff to fill large fry boxes medium fry full needs to stop. People are paying your raised prices in this inflated economy. Give them the full fry.

Person taking our money acted like we where putting her out then getting food we were not acknowledged at all fries were cold even waiting around 10 minutes for a meal and a happy meal take some lessons from McDonald's in Neosho at the truck stop they always serve hot fries and are very friendly!!!

Normally wouldn't waste my time writing a review but jatea or however, you spell her name was extremely rude, disrespectful, and overall just an unpleasant person to deal with in the drive-thru. Having somebody that clearly should not be working in a drive-thru let alone touching food.
