Ordered a LG fry through the app and they were awful and was not a LG. More like a medium in a LG box. These fries are too expensive now to be ripping people off.

Absolutely the worst kept MCDONALD'S I have ever been to. Staff was rude, the floor was sticky and a huge puddle right in front of the counter. No one was in the place, yet even after requests by customers to mop up floor (one customer even offered to mop themselves), no one "working" would do it.

Ordered on the app for dine in. Food was never brought to our table. So I had to retrieve it at the counter just to find items we ordered were not in the bag. Employees also need to be taught customer service. They were quite rude.

I'm not a big fan of McDonalds soy burgers, but from time to time, it's what hits the spot. Rating low on atmosphere and food because, let's face it, it's not a gourmet place.But on Service, I give 5 stars for one simple fact: I travel this country far and wide. And I always order the same thing: 2 double cheeseburgers with 10 pickles each, small fry and a large diet Dr pepper with no ice.I lived in Tucson, AZ for 5 years and they never or the order right, regardless of which McDonalds I frequented. Hi end or low end areas always wrong despite repeats and order conformations.But every McSonalds I have been to in Joplin, MO has gotten it right the first time, without unnecessary repeats, etc...So 5 stars for Mc-ee D's where the staff care about the customer and getting the job done right- this first time!
