Because the service was good but the food was terrible nothing was hot the cheese wasn't even melt melted on my burger it was ice cold the french fries was barely warm but the service was good

Crew was understaffed and overwhelmed, but they got me my food hot, and the order was correct. The dining area is newly remodeled and looks really nice. Definitely the best Mcdonalds in the area.

This is my large fry. And my 10-piece nugget with nine nuggets that are as old as can be. It’s always nice to get off work, go grab something to eat, and deal with the crappiest customer service ever. Then I get old food and I’m missing nuggets, and where are my fries? Incompetence at its best. The manager told me I could drive all the way back, but for what? I already see that you serve old food; your workers can’t even count to 10. I’m good at this location, but thanks. Laugh worthy! $11 down the drain.

The app will let you order before 7am and when you get there the employees let you sit and wait at the drive thru and when you pull forward they say they weren’t open yet and you have to go around. Bad app and bad customer service.
