These guys didnt even knock on my door when they delivered. Poked my head out to check if light was on. Pizza was on porch in the cold. Plus i ordered tge parm shaker not happening. Wow. A 50 order for 2 pizzas outta get me a little more.

Called the store at 8:41pm and no one answered and I called back about 5 times. Was directed to the call center and they had it sent to the wrong store multiple times (yes, I had to keep calling back) the store manager from the farther location called me (multiple times cause I called multiple times, I wanted pizza for my family) to cancel the orders being placed by your customer service team. After the 3rdbtime calling in to figure out what was going on the customer service lady told me it was my fault and that I told them the location to order from but I just moved herebi don't even know the locations and the customer service member only asked for my address. Customer service finally got my order to the right store at about 10:00pm. Waited till 10:45 to call the store and ask where my pizza was but they didn't answer so customer service had to help me again. the manager did call me and confirmed my order would be late but it had already been over 2 hours and still no pizza. My pizza did get delivered but was sat on my porch swing and no one knocked on my door as I was waiting by the door. My husband works midnimidnightspicked it up off the porch swing at 5am. Never got to eat my pizza that I had to fight so hard to get. I was a manager at pizza hut and this is something that is just beyond rude service, this says you hate your job and your customers. Never eating here again. Worst experience EVER

Made future order, text said order was being made, then being delivered, however it was neither made nor being delivered. They use doordash which rarely delivers on time anyway. Finally got my pizza 45 minutes late! Do not recomend!

I love our local Pizza Hut. I call the store directly, usually pick up & ALWAYS happy. It is consistently good. I would recommend Range Line location or main street location in Joplin hands down.

cookie dough is great raw - pizza is not... every year or so I try to but a pizza and every year or so it comes out the same under cooked doughy mess. I give up!!!
