The ones in joplin and neosho are great the one in Jane is wonderful but the one in anderson mo. I always get burnt food or half raw food and three times they gave my food that I already paid for to someone else and I had to sit there for an hour to wait for them to figure out where it went then to make it all over again but upside they gave the money back on my credit card and gave me the food freeKid-friendliness: They have four different wonderful meals on the kids meals and they always come with a toy or a book

The young lady who answered the bell needs to learn what manners are. I was unaware that ketchup came on my sandwich already, and snapping at customers is not good customer service. So whatever is wrong with her, she needs to leave at home and realize I can take my money to your competition. And I'll make sure 100s of people know why I don't eat at this Sonic again and why they should take their money to your competition. There was not 1 trash can for us to toss our trash in as we pulled out.

This sonic is poorly managed. They turn off the menus outside and the employees park their cars in the ones that are turned on so you have to use the drive thru and they don't have to go outside which is what sonic is based off of is car hops. I tried to eat here today but all the menus were off besides the ones with empty cars parked in. I see this happen all the time because I live really close and find myself always driving in then right back out of their parking lot. Never again in my life will I return to this sonic. I will have to drive across city now if I want to go to sonic. Very disappointing. Guess I will be deleting your app

Wasn't very happy tonight. Went there to get a 3 piece chicken strip dinner only to get to the window and handed just 3 strips. I was expecting a dinner with a drink like I always get but didn't even get a drink. I won't be eating here until they bring the gravy back with the dinner.

America's number one drive in.Parking: Stalls instead of drive thru but drive thru available too
I had to pull into 3 different stalls before I found one that worked. The gentleman who brought my food out was less than friendly but not rude. The straw hole on the lid looked like someone stuck their fingers through it (see picture).
Rarely a bad experience.
