It is march/07/24 11.30 am. I went to that branch and there were two girls there, a tall one very very sweet and the other one not very friendly. The unfriendly one got my drinks ready and let me set in there for some time without telling me they were ready. I had to get up and see what happens, and sure enough they were there. I don’t recommend people to go to this place to over pay for coffee and be treated with disregard like this. This is not usually the kind of people I am used to see and Starbucks.

My first time going to this StarbucksThe worse experience ever, waited for a very long time( almost an 1 hr) . I ordered a mocha cookie frappe and when I got it, it was already melted.

Came in and waited behind someone who changed his mind about a gift card. Not once did the person at the counter or the manager Wendy apologize for the wait. When we finally ordered my daughter asked for a hot chocolate and was asked if she wanted it hot or cold. My order name was Sorry, since not once did either person apologize for the wait.

My friend and I came in at 8:45 and when we walked up to the counter, a worker asked us if we were ordering. (What else would we be doing?) Then we were told they would not take our order even though there were multiple people working. They said they were “too backed up.”

The Burger meat was dry and cold like it had been cooked for a while. The cheese didn't even melt. The Quality of the food definitely could be better. Like it was back in the day. Braums still has the best milk.

I love the apple crisp coffee. It's probably my favorite. I always have a good experience. I'm not an expert in Starbucks lingo. I generally go with my little sister who is fluent in Starbucks lol if you're new, definitely take an expert.

If i go in through the drive thru the barista has 0 problem understanding what i want the 1 time i went in to order a drink she missed the step where i said to add strawberry to my dragonfruit mango
