Service sucked, got seated And was ignored for like 25 mins. No drinks nothing. When we got our food it was cold. This place use to be good now it has gone
Cheyenne was amazing. She went above to help us out with the ordering and was trying to help me with finding the add on for the chili and cheese. So she had them add it and two of the guys that was working got on to her. Where we could hear them by the front of the store. As a manager myself the is not acceptable and unprofessional.

My husband and I ate here for lunch today 2/19/24. The service was great. All staff were clean, friendly, and quick to serve us. Our food was perfect, along with our milkshake. I’m not one to write write Google Reviews often, but this location, and staff deserve to be bragged on! Keep up the great work Joplin Steak n Shake!

Stopped by here for lunch and got the double cheeseburger with fries. Both the burger and fries were hot and fresh. Very good burger and pretty good prices. Portions are alittle small but worth the price. The staff was friendly and service was quick even though there was a crowd ahead of us.
