have never ordered off the app before so didnt know what to except, but ordered on the app for curbside pickup and was parked in the reserved for curbside pickup area for 20 minutes (the order said it was ready and there was only a couple sitting down inside) and saw employees just standing by the drive through window so we called themwhen we called them they said “oh well come through the drive through” ??? lmao you need to check ur curbside area and not have customers sitting around for almost 20 minutes when the app tells us to stay in our car and they’ll bring it out

Sandwiches uses to be full and tasty. Now subs have less toppings and taste like sad. The bread was stale. The ends of the sandwiches were hard and uneditable. I will not be going back to this or any subway too much of a let down for too high a price.

I'll never go to another subway . You finally get a few new subs i like , but when you wont let me use a coupon to be able to afford your over priced subs , were rude to me and thats why I left 2 subs on your counter and walked out . You didn't ask me if I was using coupons or anything .

The store was empty minus the non customer hanging around at the register joking around. 3 sandwiches, only 1 was made even close to correct. Only 1 was “special order” and that was for it to be plain. After calling to tell them I was told I could “bring the food up if I wanted to swap it out”.No apology or let me get your next sandwich. I’d have more understanding if they were busy, or the order was not the menu or plain, anything. Instead I can wait another 30 minutes to make another her trip to a place that can’t handle 1 sandwich order. I decided I’ll bring old sandwiches in tomorrow now that I wasted my evening not cooking, to pick up food I didn’t eat to cook. Thanks

We arrived at this particular Subway at 9:08 p.m. waited at the speaker in drive-thru and no one ever offered to take our order after 5 minutes of waiting we pulled forward to the window and asked if we could place our order and we were yelled at belligerently buy some character named McKenna of which I plan to report to management. She was rude hateful and screaming at us refusing to take our order told us to drive-through and wait at the speaker and place the order, once again of which we had already done and waited and no one would take our order at the speaker that's why we pulled forward to the window!! This McKenna character was unbelievably rude and hateful hateful,with an immature attitude. You may want to keep in mind that customers are what make a business and you may find it useful to treat them with kindness. We will never go back to this Subway location ever again and plan to report this incident to corporate. Hopefully the employees at this location will learn how to properly do their job and treat customers with the respect and appreciation that they deserve and hopefully they will be re-educated on how to perform their job correctly. PS: we did take our business elsewhere!

I hate to be the king of person to leave a bad review, but the lady that took my order in the drive through tonight was so incredibly rude. She asks what kind of bread I want, so I start with "I want a BMT.." and before I can say the word WRAP she snaps off with a louder, ruder tone "what kind of BREAD do you want?" I replied with "I dont know why you have to be so rude about it. I was trying to say i want a wrap". No apologies, she just continues as if nothing ever happened. I'm literally getting the BMT for my dad in the hospital or I would have driven off.

Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes, saying hello when I drove around the building again the employee was just sitting at one of the tables biting her fingernails playing on her phone. Terrible service I left.
