When checking in for my doordash pick up was told I had to go back around for my second pick up order because I did not check in when I did check in both names and she even repeated back both names to me I have it on audio recording but she said I had to go back around because I didn't check in both names and that is not true at all this is seriously the worst customer service from any Taco Bell I've ever been to

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I order 5 layer burritos was given cheesy been and rice and I know it was rang in right cause I ordered from the kiosk machine when I politely asked for them to be replaced I was told I was a liar and they would not be replaced when I asked for the employees name that was being rude so I could report to the 1800 number they refused and decided to be hateful we tried to explain that we were not lying and we fully checked the burritos i even showed the burrito to them but by the end of it one of the employees decided to assault my husband in the lobby however due to him seeming very young we did not press charges however I will never return nor will I advice others to do so. Worst customer service I had ever experienced all for no reason.

When I walked in to place an order, there were 3 people behind the counter, chatting. One had their phone out. I waited. No greeting. I waited some more. No acknowledgement.Then I saw the kiosk. So I thought, well maybe they're not really ignoring me, maybe I'm supposed to use "the kiosk". So I struggle through a few minutes of technology that I HATE. Nobody offers to help me. I finally got my order in and I waited some more. I actually got a few words from the guy who handed me my bag.The only reason I even gave it 3 stars is because the food was hot and well made. The service was abysmal. The place would benefit from having an actual adult on site to supervise.
