Food is great although not worth the prices. The drive thru has capacity for 3 cars before the speaker so you have to wait in the street if there is any kind of line. Food was great at my lunch visit.

Came to pick up a mobile order though drive through and the lady had said there was none, I double checked location and everything before I said. It says it’s here and ready, and to pick up on drive through. She then said I didn’t chose the drive through, I had to pick it up inside. But I chose drive through and it said in the app it’s drive through. I let her know that I did choose the drive though. She told me I did not and it was pick up inside. So I went inside and asked and it said drive through.Why do you insist you’re right when I have the info on my phone and email? Crappy customer service in the morning today

97% I go through drive thru. Last 4 times never got a receipt. Never really thought about it until after I got back to work. I joined the rewards app. Can't scan my receipts if you don't give them. How are you gonna comp my many visits to my rewards app? Also, if someone asks for a few of all your sauces, give them a few of each and not ONE packet of each lol. That's just ridiculous! How can 2 taco bells in the same town be so different? Never not had my receipt taped to my bag at the Main St location and when I ask for a few sauce packets of each, I get I asked for if not lots more. You should train your folks to be consistent at all your locations. Please comp my many points I've earned due to employees not knowing what they're doing. ?
