We go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe ALL the time. This one time our food was pretty bad. I left a 1 star review but the owner reached out to me personally! And that is deserving of an edit. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is great! And 99% of the time they deserve 5 stars.

The guy I hang out with often requests a smoothie containing a banana and requests it be rinsed with the peel on ends cut off and blended whole. Odd request but delivered. One very happy customer.

Today they seemed like they were in a rush. My food wasn’t as warm, my chips were popped while being served. Everything else was fine and I even tipped but the store wasn’t busy at all. So I wonder why they didn’t take a few more minutes to prep my food a little bit better.
