We usually love Tropicana when we come to town! Today was much different. Our waitress, Victoria, was not welcoming. We were sat upstairs, which is fine if you remember to wait on us. We had to get our own refills or ask another waitress that was upstairs for service. All the wait staff had no smiles, moved very slow, and none were welcoming today. We watched below as many customers had to walk up to the bar to get something they needed. They need to clean tables faster as well instead of leaving dirty dishes, cups, and rash all over tables and the floor. The waitress with glasses and cut off shirt kept touching her face and then touching cups and such at the bar. Very poor service. Not impressed at all. They weren't busy at 2 pm. Food was fantastic! We got the nibblers and John Wayne Burger.

Great place to eat grab a drink and hang out with friends,the staff is amazing and makes sure you’re taken care of ,will definitely return!!
We had Hideout Harley Davidson's bike night there. It was an absolute blast to have Taylor as our server, she did a wonderful job accommodating all of us! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. Will be back!

Really cool vibe and great service. Relaxed at the bar with my husband and we ordered the spinach dip, which was AMAZING, and two different burgers with fries. Plenty of food and it was all delicious. Service was great! We will definitely be back!
