Anthony's is the best Italian restaurant in Kansas City. Fresh fresh fresh. Three generations of Family recipes. Eggplant Parm to die for. Wait, I know you're full but don't miss the cannolis.

For the price it's hard to beat the amount of food you get at Anthony's. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner here- since we arrived during a thunderstorm the restaurant was empty when we arrived. It filled up some as we dined but can't imagine it's hard to get a table on a Friday night. Italian food normally isn't my favorite but I enjoyed my chicken spiedini immensely. I also liked the KC jazz appetizer to dip the delicious bread in. We will definitely be back!

Best eggplant parm I have ever had. Huge portions. Eggplant was so crispy and delicious. Fast and efficient service. Bread was lovely. Great service.

Genuinely the worst Italian food I think I've ever had. The Alfredo my friend got was good but other than that it sucked! The salad tasted like pesticides and the chicken spedini like it was soaked in lemonade overnight!!! So nasty. The side of pasta they give you is boiled penne and a drizzle of red sauce. Nothing great at all, we had guests in town and brought them here. We were all so disappointed. The staff was kind though!

Had the pasta marinara. Best I've had anywhere. Not sweet, but slightly spicy--just the right amount. The broccoli as an appetizer was equally amazing. Spumoni with rum sauce was quite good, as well. Price is a bit steep, but the food quality was exceptional.Vegetarian options: The pasta marinara is amazing. Fresh and bright with a bit of kick.

Had lunch at Anthony's today and the food was really good. I would come back for the ranch dressing alone. But everything was on point, and service was flawless. I am sorry I cannot remember the person's name, but she waited on us in the middle of the dining area this afternoon, and did a great job.
