Exquisite little pie shop nestled within an equally exquisite bake and sundry shop. I purchased a fresh, warm spinach and bacon quiche for my daughter and she loved it!Parking: Parking was along the street south of the building so that you enter from the south side of the building proper. You must pass through the bakeware shop and down the stairs to reach the pie shop.

Best pie in Kansas City hands down!!! Great selection of homemade pies from fruit to cream pies. Ashleigh's pie crust is delicious, I'm typically not a fan of crust. She is very accommodating and provides great service to her customers. Located in Westport, lower level of Pryde's Old Westport Kitchen & Necessities, and is open Thursday through Saturday.

My parents came into town and they love pie. I found this place on Instagram and based on the limited hours I figured it was a small shop locally owned. I was right. They are inside (lower level) of Pryde's Kitchen and Necessities. My experience started when I noticed you can text them your order. I texted the number to let them know that I would be coming on Thursday to pick up pie and asked if I should order ahead or if it would be safe to pick up and select based on what's available when I get there. She said I should order ahead because they often sell out before end of the day. I ordered one whole pie and several individual slices for my party of six. Everything is fresh and amazing. When we got the pie out after dinner, and everyone selected their pieces the amazement at the wonderful flavors from everyone at my house was almost shocking. My favorite was the Keylime pie. I don't even know how to put in words how much flavor was in this pie. (My mouth is watering as I type this). We ordered a whole banana cream pie, and it had fresh made Whipped cream topping. It was all so tasty. This is a must try if you like pie. Super super friendly and easy ordering over text message. Definitely put this on your list. And... As I mentioned, it's in the basement of a small kitchen store that has so many wonderful and unique items. I can't wait to go back just to check out Pryde's.

I decided the day before my birthday that I wanted pie from Ashleigh instead of a typical cake. I called her on Friday and was able to order an apple crumble to be picked up the next day. I was very appreciative that she was able to add the last minute order for me. As for the pie itself, my family said multiple times that it was hands down the best apple pie of their life. My mom is already looking at the menu to decide what pie she wants to try for her birthday!
I received a key lime pie for my birthday and I must say that was the most delicious key lime pie. Every bite was wonderful. I will definitely try other pies from Ashleigh’s Bakeshop.

Just tried my first ever Ashleigh's pie. It didn't disappoint!!! My husband and I tried to get a slice at Poppy's in Lee's Summit but they were sold out so we decided to just drive to Ashleigh's Bake Shop so we could try what everyone was raving about . We bought a berry patch pie . The crust was AMAZING!!!!! Honestly it was the best pie I have ever tasted. We will be back for more . So glad we found this bakery.
